Three Easy Steps That Will Help You Prevent Wrinkles

Aging of your skin depends not only on the person’s age but additionally on one’s state of health. Wrinkles can be prevented or delayed whenever you take good care of yourself as well as your skin. Occasionally a person may have skin that is prematurely aged or perhaps an older person will have young, well-preserved skin.

Aging of the skin is produced by three factors: cellular intoxication, dehydration from the cells, and poor blood circulation.

Cellular Intoxication

Normal skin eliminates its cellular waste inside a methodical way; however, when there is a slowdown in tissue exchange and oxygenation, the cells become intoxicated.

Dehydration of the Cells

The skin consists of approximately 70 percent water, and if it is appropriately irrigated, it stays well moisturized. Tissue aging is always accompanied by drying or dehydration. As the years go by, your skin is less and less able to withstand environmental influences, illness, and so forth. Eventually it begins to degenerate, losing- a lot of its water and being transformed into a more dense colloidal substance at every cellular level. Once the skin loses its moisture, the deeper layers tend to dissipate while the upper layers, that are only slightly hydrated under normal conditions, become more dense. This is what produces keratinization.

Poor Blood Circulation

If blood flow is weak, oxygen becomes less available for cell nourishment. A poorly vascularized organ is destined to age prematurely. In the dermis and hypodermis, collagen and elastic fibers become frayed, the dermal papillae (papillae corii) become flattened, the layer of Malpighi is regenerated more slowly, and cells accumulate in the outer layers, since they are not eliminated regularly. These extra cells result in the skin appear rough, coarse, and dull.
Losing elasticity and the reduction in the muscle mass lead to a loss of tonus and vitality.

These aspects provoke the deterioration of the face in general, and the lines of the face deepen and be more pronounced, forming wrinkles. It ought to be pointed out, however, that there are certain young adults who have wrinkles but whose skin is still firm. These wrinkles would be the lines of expression, like the laugh lines of the face. Find more anti wrinkle tips on our blog.
